Issue
A risk may be on your dashboard marked as non-compliant however no users are recorded as 'Non-compliant'.
Resolution
A user may have previously signed this Risk off as Non-Compliant. Even if they subsequently sign the risk off, the Risk will remain tagged as Non-Compliant until all users have signed the Risk off.
