Issue
A Process or Process Group is not showing in the overview for the Group it belongs to.
Resolution
The Process Group overview may have been edited:
- Go to the Group
- Select the Edit tab
- Check if the Group Overview has any content added
If this view has content the overview has been edited and only Processes and Groups added in this view will show on the overview.
Process may not be published
Only published Processes will appear on the Group Overview by default.
Site cache may need to be cleared
The site cache automatically clears every 24 hours, email support@nintex.com to request this to be cleared earlier.
