Issue
A Process Group may not be able to be deleted due to Suggested Processes that cannot be seen in the Group
Resolution
A Promaster can:
- Check if Suggested Processes is ON in Admin > Configure > Process Editing section
- If it is OFF, turn ON
- Navigate to Processes > All Processes > Suggested Processes
- Delete the suggested Processes from the Group you wish to delete
- Turn Suggested Processes OFF again if required
