Issue
Users may receive an email that feedback has been left on a Process and once they click on the link to that Process it is inaccessible.
Resolution
Further investigation could conclude that this Process isn't accessible due to it being archived.
Once a user has a minidmode link, they can access that minimode link and leave feedback on it whether the process is archived or not.
The minimode link will show as 'Historical' once opened:
