The following error message may be received when provisioning users from OKTA

Resolution
- Password syncing may cause this error. The password from Okta may not match the password complexity requirements in Promapp. Disable password Syncing in Okta, or remove the password complexity requirements in Promapp.
- Okta Time Zone - Check the timezone validity in Okta
