Issue
The incorrect evidence may have been uploaded when signing off the Training Unit for a user.
Resolution
- Go to the Training Unit and reschedule the Trainee for another date (the date doesn't matter)
- Supervisor can sign off the User from their Dashboard
- Set the trained date and include the correct evidence
