Issue
Improvement items are not shown in the My Incidents dashboard even though the date shown is an overdue date.
Resolution
The date shown in the My Incidents dashboard is for the action item that is/was due the earliest.
The dates shown in the dashboard that are red and marked as overdue are shown in this manner when all action items are overdue.
Where the date is overdue, however it is not shown in red and overdue, this means that there are some action items that are not yet overdue.
