Issue
The following error may be received when selecting a Process that is on the My changes Dashboard:
Whoops, that wasn't meant to happen
Whoops, that wasn't meant to happen
Resolution
The Process may have been archived.
The notification shows on the dashboard to inform stakeholders that it has been archived.
Selecting the link gives an error if you do not have permission to see Process or Document archives.
