Issue
The Document List report may not show all the Processes the Documents are attached to.
Resolution
Publish the Process that the Document is attached to that is not showing in the report.
Additional Information
The document is not fully attached to a Process until it is published, once the Process is published it will show in both the report and in the edit view of the document.
