Nintex Promapp - Cannot view an Improvement

Issue

When viewing an Improvement/Incident the following error is shown:

{"errorMessage":"Your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again later or contact your Promaster.","caption":"Error","field":"","additionalInfos":{}}

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin > Improvements and select the portfolio the improvement item belongs to
  2. Type the name of the new Portfolio Manager in the Stakeholders section
  3. Select Change

 

Additional Information

The error occurs when a Nintex Promapp User is deleted while still a Portfolio Manager.  This leaves the Improvement Portfolio without an manager.
