All Promasters are showing as Publishers for a Process

 

Resolution

Publishing a Process in Process Approval Workflow mode defaults to all Promaster when no other Publishers are specified.  

To specify a Publisher: 
  1. Go to the Process Group you wish to allocate a publisher to
  2. Right click on the group and select Edit Stakeholders
  3. Add Users or Roles to the Publishers section
  4. Save

    Hi 

     

    Do you have to be a promaster in order the edit the stakeholders  in a group.

     

    My level is business analyst and it is not working for me - although we have only the entry level Promapp package.

     

    Any help would be appreciated.
