Issue
Add ons have been turned off in a Client site by the API user
Resolution
- Log in to their site as Nintex Promapp Promaster
- Navigate to Admin > Configure
- Select the Excel icon to export the settings to Excel
- Check what settings have been modified by the user API API
- Contact the renewals team and their CSM and Account manager to resolve this
No add ons should be enabled by the support team, this all needs to be done through the renewals and licensing team to ensure that salesforce and Promapp are in sync so this will hopefully not happen again.
