Issue
The following error may be received when attempting to upload a Document
Document with filename '4 produce quote letter.docx' already exists
Document with filename '4 produce quote letter.docx' already exists
Resolution
Either Rename the document to have a different name
Or Locate the document with the same name in the Document library and use the Replace with New Version option.
Or Locate the document with the same name in the Document library and use the Replace with New Version option.
Additional Information
Document names must be unique across all Document types.
