Issue
Images uploaded to Nintex Promapp are showing upside down, or sideways when they show correctly in other applications.
Resolution
- Open the image using a basic tool like paint
- Rotate the image
- Save the Image
- Use the Replace with New Version in Nintex Promapp to replace the Image
Additional Information
Other applications pick up the Metadata that is contained in the Image to say what way around the image should be shown. Nintex Promapp is unable to do this.
