Enable competencies in the Process Manager Training Add-On

By default, competencies in Process Manager’s Training add-on are set to OFF. A Promaster has to enable them from the Training configuration. 

Instructions 

To turn the Competencies ON:

1. Go to Admin > Training.
2. Expand the Competencies section and set Enable competencies to ON.
    

Once set to ON, you can create competency units, training units, and onboarding plans.
