Issue
When viewing an Improvement/Incident, the following error is shown:{"errorMessage":"Your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again later or contact your Promaster.","caption":"Error","field":"","additionalInfos":{}}
Resolution
- Navigate to Admin > Improvements and select the portfolio to which the improvement item belongs.
- Type the name of the new Portfolio Manager in the Stakeholders section.
- Select Change.
Additional Information
The error occurs when a Nintex Process Manager user is deleted while still a Portfolio Manager. Thus, the Improvement Portfolio is left without a manager.
