Cannot view an Improvement

Issue

When viewing an Improvement/Incident, the following error is shown:

{"errorMessage":"Your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again later or contact your Promaster.","caption":"Error","field":"","additionalInfos":{}}

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin > Improvements and select the portfolio to which the improvement item belongs.
  2. Type the name of the new Portfolio Manager in the Stakeholders section.
  3. Select Change.

 

Additional Information

The error occurs when a Nintex Process Manager user is deleted while still a Portfolio Manager.  Thus, the Improvement Portfolio is left without a manager.
