User getting error Code 302

Is anyone able to advise what the following error message indicates - “Request failed with status code 302”,  

One of our  users is getting presented with this whilst trying to update a process.

    that seems like a very odd error to be getting, would it be possible to please pass the process details onto support so we can investigate on our end?
