Hi Claire, I believe you should see an update reflected, but I would raise a ticket with support@nintex.com if you aren’t seeing this. The only reason I could think of that you may not see these is that some changes can require a new publish to see updates; however, I don’t believe that is the explanation in this case as these should be re-indexed I believe.
