If a system is tagged in a process, is the system stakeholder automatically added to the RACI matrix for that process or would they need to be added manually?

In my organisation the System owner and system are separate data points, so the system owner would need to be added.
Yes, our experience is that system owners are automatically added to the RACI by Promapp when a system is referenced (tagged) in a process.
They appear in the Informed section of the RACI as shown in this screenshot:
