Hi , Can anyone tell me in the Status data for the above report , what does it mean where it states Awaiting Approval (New) in brackets ? as opposed to Awaiting Approval .

Reporting - Process Approval Workflow Status Question

New represents that the process has never been published.
In Progress - A previously published process is under review
Pending Approval - A process review is awaiting approval from an approver in a sequential approval flow.
Pending Archive Approval - A process archive request is awaiting signoff from nominated approvers
Awaiting Archive - A process archive request is approved and awaiting the change to be published
Awaiting Approval - A process review is awaiting signoff from nominated approvers
Awaiting Publishing - A process review is ready to be published
Note: A suffix of (new) will be present if the process has never been published
+2New represents that the process has never been published.
