A contractor left our company over a year ago, and she created numerous process flows.
I tried to reactivate her account and she can’t log in.
Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Based on what you said you must have gone to Admin > Users > Display Inactive Users > Edited the user > Reactivated them
I assume that you managed to successfully re-activate the user. Can I confirm on whether the user is using login credentials or using SSO?
If it’s the former, where they or yourself able to reset their password?
+1The issue seemed to have resolved itself over time. The user was using single-sign-on, and it wasn’t working after I reactivated her, but now it is magically working :) Thanks, everyone!
