Reactivating an Inactive Employee

A contractor left our company over a year ago, and she created numerous process flows.

I tried to reactivate her account and she can’t log in.

Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Based on what you said you must have gone to Admin > Users > Display Inactive Users > Edited the user > Reactivated them

I assume that you managed to successfully re-activate the user. Can I confirm on whether the user is using login credentials or using SSO?

If it’s the former, where they or yourself able to reset their password?

The issue seemed to have resolved itself over time. The user was using single-sign-on, and it wasn’t working after I reactivated her, but now it is magically working :) Thanks, everyone!
