Hi , i just wondered if there is any known reason why Processes wouldnt surface in search results ? We have some processes which dont appear to be surfacing and dont understand why. Both individuals searching also have promaster privileges .

Hi ClaireT - no there isn’t any specific reason that a process would not surface, given the Promaster privileges. My suggestion would be to raise a support ticket at support@nintex.com and allow us to take a look.
