Order Process Group Folders

Hi,

I want to sort and show the process groups in a particular order. Is there a way to sort them without adding any prefix or numbering?

Thanks,

Ram

Hi Ram,

If you log in as a Promaster and then go to Admin -> Manage Groups you will see your folder structure in the left-hand panel. You can drag and drop these groups into any order you like. This will be the order your groups appear under the Processes tab.

Cheers,

Ishan

Hi Ram,

To expand on Ishan's response, a user with Business Analyst access can also access Admin>Manage Groups to change the order of groups and subgroups they can see (where viewing permissions have not been applied) and a user that has been assigned Group Champion rights can also adjust the order of the subgroups under their group via the Admin>Manage Groups screen.

Hey Lauren, is there any way to stop that? We don't want the group folders to shuffle, when we have them in a set order for a reason. Thanks Ram, for the question
