On-boarding and paying an employee end to end process

I wish to create a end to end process map at a high level at this point of all Activities undertaken from decision to recruit at through to sucessful applicant and loading employee details into HR system to payment for time and attendance. The important information in the map is the timeframes. If it was Viso you would put a time line running along the top of your map. The information is vital because if things are not done within a time frame then the next piece of the process cannot happen. People dont get paid. How best can this be done in Promapp. Any ideas are useful
