Introducing AI Process Generator
Process Manager users can now use a generative AI option to create their first process draft. Using a text-based prompt synthesized from the Process Summary and any additional instructions the user provides, a completed first draft of the process is generated. The process is complete with activities, tasks, and role assignments. Users can then choose to accept the procedure as the first draft of their process or modify their prompt and regenerate the procedure. This feature not only simplifies the creation process but also enhances the accuracy and efficiency of procedure development, driving productivity across your organization.

- Built-in Nintex Best Practices: The output of the procedure respects the Nintex Best Practices for process writing, ensuring you bring an effective and well-written process to your organization.
- Human in the Loop: While you still can manually create a process you now have the option to create your initial draft with AI and continue refine it in your classic Process Editor before publishing, bringing the best of both worlds.
- Regenerate and Refine: You have the option to add additional instructions and refine your prompt before accepting your AI-generated draft and add the final changes in the classic process editor

- A familiar first step: Create a new Process and fill in all the Process Summary information, which are taken into account when generating your process. This promotes best practices by ensuring that the process created is intentional.
- Instruct and generate: Add any additional instruction and let our Generative AI do the heavy lifting generating your first process draft.
- Review and Refine: Review the output and choose between regenerating, refining your prompt or accepting it.
