Multiple “owners and experts” for a process

Hi,

Can we have multiple “owners and experts” for a process?

As of now, if we want a temporary user to update processes in place of the actual user, we have to temporarily change the expert, so he/she can update the processes, and then we have to go back and change the processes back to the actual expert.

Can a group of experts and/or owners be set up for a process so we do not need to continuously process changes? Which is the best practice for temporary transfers/delegations?

Thank you!

It has to be a named person so you can't have multiple.

What we've done is make sure we have group champions, as they have the ability to edit any process within the group they're responsible for which helps get around this issue.

If you add users as a "Champion" to a process group, they can edit any process in that group.  We use this option for our project teams to manage a group of processes which they are working on together.

We use Group Process Editors for this scenario.
By adding them this way you can add by either name or role.
