Once you’ve downloaded the Process Manager template from Nintex Gallery (it will be in XML format), you can easily upload the item into your Process Manager template using this article:

+1Only Promasters can import from XML? How do those in a Business Analyst role leverage use of the templates if they aren’t able to download and import from XML?
Can you check with your Promaster to see if:

Enable process import/export to XML is set to ON.
If that is set to ON, anyone who can edit processes should be able to import process XML.
