We are currently experiencing about half of our users/BA's are unable to access Promapp and receive an error message stating: Unauthorized Access.  Is anyone else currently having this issue or have you found a resolution?  We did not have this issue last week.

I don't see any current outage issues posted on the Nintex status page for Promapp at the moment. I would suggest opening a support ticket to see if they can help you out.

We did have an incident that was identified after these posts yesterday and this has now been resolved.  Please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues!
