Is there a way to dis-associate or change a document to another process group where the process holding the linked document has been archived and the link not removed.

Hey @ClaireT - a document owner should be able to find the document in the document library, click the edit pencil icon, and select a new group to associate the document to.
Thank you for your quick response. I will give it another try, I did find this yesterday but for some reason it kept adding further associated groups and didnt dis-associate the original.
