In Promapp we have a group structure based on our organisation structure - we have a HR section and they want to be the only ones that can edit the processes in that group. We have a number of Business Analyst users set up across the business and I am not sure if there is a way lock them out of touching the HR processes. Any advice would be grateful.

You can use apply permissions to a group in Admin > Manage Groups. You can add Roles or users that have permission to access the group, and these permissions will apply to BA's too.
Promasters will have access across all Processes.
