I have looked at promapp configuration settings but unable to find where to edit the User Welcome Email. Have found how to switch them on and off. Could someone guide me to where this may be or is this done by a request to Nintex ?

View originalI don't think there is any way to edit the message. As a workaround, I setup new users with my own email address to ensure I receive the welcome email. I then put their correct address into Promapp, and send them my own welcome email which is tailored to our business. It's not ideal but it works.
