Hi 

I tried to publish the flow, it throws an error says “Error connecting to workflow manager” to resolve this, 

I went to site settings, selected workflow settings, then selected workflow health. actually, it is a link. Here I should select “activate” option. but I am not able to find it in my screen. How to fix this.
