What does an 'Unpublished' process mean in Promapp? Why does 'In Progess' processes also show when you tick 'Show roles from unpublished changes' to run process reports from 'Process Activities by Roles and Responsibility'?
In Promapp, there is -
1) a process which is not published for the very first time/never published
2) a process which is published
3) a published process subsequent unpublished changes i.e. a process which is 'In Progress'
And, the keyword 'Unpublished' covers 1) and 2) criteria from the above.

Therefore, when you tick 'show roles from unpublished changes' to run process reports from 'Process Activities by Roles and Responsibility' you will get to view the results of all the processes that are both never published (1) and in progress (2).
