When does a user become Inactive?
Answer
A user can only become inactive if their user is disabled by a Promaster.
To Disable a User:
To see the Inactive Users:
To Disable a User:
- Go to Admin > Users
- Edit the user you wish to disable by clicking the edit pencil
- Select the option Disable User
- Save
To see the Inactive Users:
- Go to Admin > Users
- Select the option Display Inactive Users from the cogwheel menu
