What does the tag Changes Pending on a Risk Treatment/Control mean?

Changes pending tag is generated when a process activity that is noted as a risk treatment is changed.  

Once this has happened it is the risk's owner's responsibility to ensure that the risk treatment still satisfies the risk that it is a treatment of. 

The Risk Owner will be notified of this change on their dashboard with a risk change notification, once the risk is signed off by the changes pending notification will disappear
