No. The checklist will show the role that is associated with the Process Activity as a User in this role should be the one to complete the checklist.
Users in this role are also promoted to the top of the selection list when selecting a user to assign the activity to. Once the activity has been assigned, and the activity is the next activity to be completed emails are sent out.
