Why can't all the Promapp users/BAs view the incidents in their Improvements Register?
Answer
Because the configure Restrict improvements module access to named users is Enabled under Admin > Improvements > Other Configurations. The behavior of the setting is as below:
- Disabled: all Nintex Promapp users can view incidents.
- Enabled: you must explicitly assign users as 'Viewers' for the Improvement Portfolio in the 'Stakeholders' section described in the section above.
