Use reference numbers

Instructions

1. Navigate to Admin > Configure > Viewing options
2. Set the option Display process reference numbers (Default: Off) to ON
3. Navigate to the Process you want to add a Reference number to
4. Edit the Process
5. Select the Summary Section
6. Update the Reference Number
7. Save & Publish the Process

Additional Information

• The reference number can contain letters, numbers and special characters.
• Reference numbers must be unique
