Sometimes urgent approval of a process is needed but the approver is unavailable.
Instructions
- Enable setting first: Admin --> Configure --> Process Approval Workflow --> "Enable PUBLISH NOW button on a dashboard" needs to be "ON"
- If urgent Approval is required and an Approver is unavailable i.e. because the Approver is on leave/sick etc then your Promasters or Publishers (for the Process Group that the process lives in) can bypass the approval using Dashboard --> My Changes -->Publish Now
