Turn the setting Enable explicit process reviews in Admin > Configure > Process Editing to ON.
To change the review date or frequency for a specific process:
- Edit the Summary section of the process.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Edit for the review date.
- Tick to Override Default.
- Select the date for the next review.
- Select the frequency that this process should be reviewed.
- Select Save.
Additional Information
When explicit process reviews are set ON, every process will need to be reviewed by the Process Owners and/or Process Experts via the My Reviews dashboard.
