How to transfer ownerships and rights from one user to another.
Instructions
- Go to Admin > Users. The Manage Users page displays.
- Click the edit icon to the right of the user record you want to edit.
- In the Ownerships & Rights section, click Transfer to assign ownerships and rights to another user.
- In the Update Ownership dialog box, select the required check box(es).
- In the Transfer To field, type the first two characters and select the name from the drop-down list.
- Click Transfer.
The ownerships and rights selected will be transferred to this new user and a new version of the process will be published. The changes are effective immediately.
