  1. Navigate to your organization’s Process Manager login page.
  2. Click Forgot username or password? Click here.
  3. The browser refreshes and displays the Forgotten Password prompt.
  4. Enter the email address used with your Process Manager account and click Request Password.
  5. Ensure you use the correct email address when requesting a password reset link. If you enter an email address that is not registered to your Process Manager site, an email is sent to all Promasters alerting them of the request.
  6. You will receive an email from Process Manager containing the following:
    • A link to reset your password
    • Your username
    • The IP address from where the password request originated
    • Links to contact your Promaster
    • A link to your Process Manager site
  7. Click the password reset link. A new browser window opens, displaying the Change your password prompt. Enter:
    • Your username
    • Your new password
    • Confirm your new password
Note: Your Promaster sets password complexity. If your new password does not meet the complexity requirements, a prompt appears and lists the complexity requirements. You can adjust your password as needed.
  8. Click Change Password.
  9. Once your new password has been set, the browser refreshes so you can log into Process Manager.
  10. Enter your username and your new password.

Additional Information

  • If you do not click the password reset link promptly, the password reset link expires, and a new password reset link needs to be created.

  • If you do not receive your password reset link, it could be that your email address has been blocked. Please reach out to your Promaster, and they can work with Nintex Support to unblock your email address.

  • If your organization uses SSO to access Process Manager, you do not have a password to reset. Please get in touch with your Promaster so they can work with your IT department to resolve your SSO issue.
