How to change the frequency the Nintex Promapp Dashboard notification emails are sent
Instructions
A Promaster can:
- Navigate to Admin > Configure > Dashboard
- Select the edit pencil for the option Email notification frequency
- Select from one of the following options:
- Off - No dashboard notification emails are sent
- Daily - Email is sent every day
- Weekly - Email is sent once a week on a Tuesday morning
- Monthly - Email is sent once a month on the 1st of the month
Additional Information
Dashboard notification emails are only sent if the user has notifications on their dashboard. Where there are no notifications, no email is sent out.
