How to allow a user to edit a process when they are not the Process Owner or Expert.
Instructions
You can add the user as a process editor to the primary group the process is in:
- Navigate to the group you wish to add the user to as an editor.
- Right-click on the group in the left-hand navigation panel and select Edit Stakeholders.
- Add by user or by role in the Process Editors Section.
- Click Save.
