Install SEQ on a separate machine

A few people have asked me how to install SEQ on a separate machine, with all the configuration that are required for Kryon.

So we have prepared an installation kit for you that wraps SEQ original installation kit, and also configures everything that the RPA / PD installation does.

This installer knows to handle cases that SEQ is already installed, upgrade of SEQ, etc.

Currently the installer UI is poor, we will improve it for next versions.
