Newly added SharePoint Online List Column Does Not Shown Immediately in NAC Workflow Start Variable

When new columns are added to the SharePoint Online List, these newly added columns will not show immediately for Start Variable in NAC Workflow with Start event SharePoint Online. 

Instructions 

1. Open the NAC Workflow Designer.
2. Click ctrl+shift+F5 to refresh this workflow designer. Multiple press might needed until the page is refreshed. 
3. Click on the Start event action configuration > refresh the connection and click Retrieve lists.
