When attempting to create an RPA connection in Nintex Automation Cloud with an RPA username, the following error occurs:
[XAPI.InputValidationErrorCode] Connection validation failed. Domain not specified for username. If you contact support, include this correlation ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Instructions
For Building the RPA connection in NAC
- On the Nintex Automate page
- Go to the Connections Tab located on the left
- Select the 'Nintex RPA' connector >> Next
- On the User Authentication Method page Choose the Nintex RPA Cloud
Nintex RPA on-premises requires domain\username credentials, while the Nintex RPA Cloud uses an RPA username to authenticate via the RPA API.
