The feature of being able to start a Nintex Workflow Cloud workflow with a start event form has been available for a long time.  Previously a basic form that did not resemble the actual form was presented when manually starting the workflow.  With the latest release the form presented is the one that you designed and the rules, functions, variables and styling are fully functional like you would normally see when accessing the forms URL.
