Introduction:
Nintex workflow products are familiar with the concept of workflow snippets, which were first introduced over 10 years ago in Nintex for SharePoint.
The addition of Snippets in Nintex Automation Cloud allows for faster workflow development by reusing pre-configured groups of actions. When a Snippet is created, it appears in the action toolbox. This feature also allows you to copy groups of actions between workflows.
Notes:
- When you create a Snippet, only you can see it in the actions toolbar. It is not visible to other users of the tenant.
- If you can access multiple tenants, your Snippets will only appear in the tenant where you created them.
- Each user can create up to 20 Snippets in a tenant.
- Snippets have a maximum size of 5MB.
