I am new to the Nintex BPM tool . I have created the workflow approval with design form and routing to the user approval. I want to update my form with reply ( approved / rejected ) in the status field in my form. Can you please help me how to achieve this. And where can we view the records of the form.

There currently is not a way to update the 'Status' value on the original form. You could track the submission outcome via My Nintex, however once a form has been submitted you cannot change the submitted values. This is something that is being considered as a feature for Nintex Workflow Cloud in the future.
